UNITE Clinic
Online counseling and medication management
We offer help for depression, anxiety, stress, loneliness, ADHD and anything you just want to talk to someone about. Online appointments with a licensed mental health professional are free for students at Mississippi public universities or colleges. If you’re not a student but need help, please visit ummc2you.com
Appointments Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
UMMC UNITE Clinic is not a crisis line. If you or someone you know is in crisis, call or text 988 for the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline. If someone is in immediate danger, call 911.
How It Works:
- Click to schedule your first appointment (no MyChart account needed)
- Meet your therapist through a private video chat
- Get support for whatever you're going through
- Follow up with additional sessions as needed (prescriptions aren’t free)
UMMC UNITE Clinic can help with emotional, behavioral and neurodevelopmental difficulties, including:
- Performance anxiety (like test anxiety)
- Feeling isolated, sad or withdrawn
- Sleep problems (trouble falling asleep, staying asleep or sleeping too much)
- Relationship issues with friends or romantic partners
- Difficulty coping with stress
- Adjustment issues with family, work or college
- Grief and feelings of loss
- Time management issues
- Social communication difficulties
About UMMC UNITE Clinic
UMMC UNITE (Universities Network of Integrated Telemental Expansion) Clinic was established as a congressionally directed spending project in 2023 through the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMSHA) and in partnership with the Institutes of Higher Learning (IHL). Our experienced clinicians treat patients holistically and encourage overall personal development and growth with a supportive, nonjudgemental approach.
